I am a local runner for St. Albans Striders and have been a member since 2005 which naturally means I am well integrated into the running community in this local area. I have been a successful athlete competing at an international level alongside working as a physiotherapist within the NHS and private settings.
I currently work at Luton and Dunstable MSK outpatients as a Senior Physiotherapist
